There's a cost to staying in frustration or resentment

Are you feeling frustrated, resentful or bitter about an area of your life right now?

Maybe it's with your job or career, your health, or your relationship status. These feelings are challenging because nobody wants to feel frustrated, resentful, bitter or angry. So what ends up happening is that we ignore or push aside these feelings.

But, there's a cost to doing that. The cost is staying stuck and keeping yourself in low frequency energy. This means you’re not being your true self and living a life that is out of alignment.

What if I told you that feelings of frustration, bitterness or resentment are messages from your higher Self?

What if these feelings are powerful information about you and where you are in your life right now?

What if looking at these “negative” feelings – allowing them instead of pushing them away – was an opportunity from the Divine to explore your Self deeper?

What if this was an opportunity to make time to sit with these feelings and ask them why they’re here?

What if it was an invitation from your intuition to listen to why you’re feeling frustrated, or resentful, or bitter? An opportunity to ask your inner wisdom what's triggering this feeling and what's really causing it?

Instead of seeing feelings as “negative” or “unwanted”, consider what you can learn from them.

This is challenging work. It's deep work. It's intense work. It takes time and a lot of reflection and courage and self-love. And…it is worth it.

On the other side of this deep, intense work is living in high frequency energy. Feeling satisfied, content, and happy. Living a life that is authentic and aligned. Knowing who you truly are and feeling proud, and deserving and confident.

You deserve this.
