Have You Fallen Off the Consistency Bandwagon?

Have you stopped being consistent with something that’s important to you? It’s okay! It’s human nature to bypass or ignore our healthy habits once in a while! I love having consistent routines, habits and schedules. But sometimes I fall off the consistency bandwagon too! But you know what? You can decide to get back on. When we fall off the consistency bandwagon, two things can happen. We can start beating ourselves up over it, or we can get sucked into making excuses and justifications. Neither of which is productive or useful. There's a middle ground we can get to that allows grace, compassion and taking a tiny action step towards getting back to consistency. Consistency requires a daily commitment to what is most important to us. If you've fallen off the consistency bandwagon on something that's important to you (like eating well, exercising, meditating, etc.), that's okay! Give yourself some grace and empathy, and then breathe, get centered, and think of one small step you can take to get back to being consistent.
